1、 Warehouse warehousing lost parts: compensation according to the actual price of goods (up to 600 RMB)
The longest storage time of our company is 3 months (i.e. 90 days)
So we will clean up and destroy your packages beyond the storage period. And no compensation will be given.
2、 Lost in transit:
Due to the problems of Customs routine security inspection and goods withholding during transportation customs clearance
Airport return and local delivery and other factors may lead to the loss of goods, our company's notice on the handling of missing & short goods is as follows:
(1) High value products & low freight, high value products, buy insurance before shipment. For example, mobile phones, watches, tablets, etc
Easy to lose items. The premium is 3% of the value of the goods and the compensation is 95%.
(2) If you find that the goods are damaged before signing, please take photos and measure the weight of the package in the first time. Loss of goods, shortage of goods
After verification by our company, we will make compensation according to 5 times of the value of the goods the freight, and claim the lower one. The maximum claim shall not exceed 600 RMB
(3) If the goods are seized by the customs, the goods will be lost missing. The freight of ordinary goods is 5 times of the freight & the freight of less goods is 5 times of the weight
The maximum compensation is 600 RMB.
(4) Lost goods & less goods wrong goods must be reported to the relevant personnel of our company within 48 hours after receiving the goods.
